Litigation 2+ years’ Experience.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting attorneys with various immigration cases and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in immigration forms, and familiarity with immigration software. Spanish language fluency is Mandatory. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information and report case status to attorneys.
Assist clients in understanding the immigration process and requirements.
Obtain and organize relevant documents for immigration applications.
Translate complex legal information from attorneys to clients.
Maintain client files both electronically and physically.
Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
Communicate with clients and handle correspondence.
Conduct investigations and research relevant case information.
Type up and file legal documents.
Manage the Attorneys Calendar, and eROPs in EOIR.
Monitor deadlines and manage support staff.

Qualifications:

Excellent writing skills, analytical thinking, and commitment to professional growth.
Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with the immigration practice manual.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
Authorization to work in the United States (required).
